The Firm’s practice covers all employment law matters, from out-of-court issues to the handling of litigation.
In particular, the Firm provides advice, including in English:- on the choice of the appropriate contractual arrangement and the proper establishment of employment relationships, including international employment relationships, as well as on the drafting of specific clauses, such as retention and non-compete clauses;
- on the resolution of issues arising from the performance and termination of the employment relationship; on the drafting of disciplinary codes, company policies, codes of ethics, stock option plans, and applications to public authorities for specific authorisations;
- on collective dismissal procedures, short-time work schemes, and the structuring of severance incentive plans;
- on all matters relating to corporate transfers and reorganisations (including transfers, demergers and mergers), as well as restructurings, outsourcing arrangements and procurement contracts; and on due diligence in all areas of employment law;
- on matters relating to trade union and industrial relations;
- on matters relating to social security law.
The Firm works in close synergy with the academic world and is therefore able to provide companies with constant updates, including through in-house training delivered by means of workshops and seminars, either at its own offices or directly on the client’s premises.
Since 2010, it has also maintained a synergistic collaboration with the law firm Proia & Partners, thereby benefiting not only from an operational base in Rome, but also from a highly qualified partnership in the management of client matters.
