Nelly Vascello   Ms. Vascello graduated with honours from Pavia University in 2004. From October 2001 until August 2004 she was on a Scholarship of the Stiftung Maximilianeum at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, Germany, through the exchange programme with “Collegio Ghislieri” of Pavia. In May 2010 she received the LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School on a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship awarded by the Rotary Club of Pavia, Italy. Since 2005 Ms. Vascello has been an Assistant Lecturer in Labour Law at Pavia University and PhD candidate in Labour Law. Since 2008, she has been PhD candidate in Labour Law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, Germany, through the cooperation agreement between the universities of Pavia and Munich.
