Born in Pavia, she graduated with honours in Law from the University of Pavia in 1993.
Since January 1998, she has been a member of the Pavia Bar Association, and since 2011 she has been admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court.
In 1999, she obtained a PhD in Labour Law and Industrial Relations from the University of Pavia. In the same year, she was a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge (UK) as part of a research project funded by the CNR, focusing in particular on issues relating to social security, welfare and the welfare state.
In 2000 and 2001, she was awarded a postdoctoral research fellowship in Labour Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavia.
She taught on the professional training course for Commercial Agents and Representatives organised by “PaviaSviluppo – Centre for Training, Information, Research and Services” at the Pavia Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2023.
She has been collaborating with Studio Legale Magnani since 1993.
